Waste treatment & refining technology

We license the process.
Our partners run the plant.

Enviro Chem Industries develops technology for waste engine oil recovery, waste hydrocarbon refining and waste plastic depolymerization — then licenses it to joint ventures we hold a lasting stake in.

The process, end to end

Waste feedstock → Recovery → Refining → Recovered value.

Technology

Three processes. One transformation logic.

Each technology takes a waste stream that has run out of use in its original form and returns it to the value chain as a refined feedstock or product.

01

Waste engine oil recovery

Collection and pre-treatment of used engine oil, recovering base-oil fractions for re-refining rather than disposal or low-grade burning.

Input: used lubricants
02

Waste hydrocarbon refining

Refining of recovered and waste hydrocarbon streams into fuel-grade and industrial-grade output, engineered for site-specific feedstock variability.

Input: mixed hydrocarbons
03

Waste plastic depolymerization

A modular depolymerization unit that breaks waste plastic into hydrocarbon feedstock, built for both owned operation and third-party licensing.

Input: mixed plastic waste

Licensing model

We contribute the technology. We hold the equity.

ECI licenses its process technology and provides operations & maintenance support to each joint venture, and takes an equity stake in return — without contributing cash capital.

01In-kind IP contributionPatents and process know-how contributed at formation, valued for shares in the JV.
02Convertible fee structureAccrued license and O&M fees convert to equity at the commercial operation date.
03Performance earn-inAdditional shares earned once a plant sustains guaranteed yield and uptime.

Portfolio

Current joint venture.

ECI develops waste-to-fuel plants it invests in and operates alongside joint-venture partners — structured around feedstock security and real plant economics, not technology licensing alone. More projects are in development across Thailand, Singapore and Laos.
